  Standard Fees (Adults with only Medicare Card)
* Monday to Friday *

    For simple issues: You pay $76.40 (approx.), You receive $41.40 (rebate), Gap fee $35 

    For complex issues: You pay $115.10 (approx.), You receive $80.10 (rebate), Gap fee $35 

    For very complex issues: You pay $153.00 (approx.), You receive $118.00 (rebate), Gap fee $35 

    For phone/telehealth (up to 30 mins):  You pay $80 (approx.), You receive $41.40 (rebate), Gap fee $38 

    For Mental Health Care Plan (up to 30 mins):  You pay $150.20 (approx.), You receive $100.20 (rebate), Gap fee $50 

    For Mental Health Consult (up to 30 mins):  You pay $129 (approx.), You receive $78.95 (rebate), Gap fee $50 

 Note:  Due to the increased wages that must be paid to staff, $5 surcharge applies to adults with only Medicare card : (weekends and public holidays)

  

  Frequently asked questions

*  Admin fee $15 applies for a lost referral etc. 

*  If you wish to pay by cash, we ask you to pay the right amount at the counter. (There will be no bank service fee.)

*  If you pay by Credit Card/Debit Card, there is a 0.95-1.5% of bank service fee.

*  If you unable to come to the clinic (e.g. phone consult) and wish to pay over the phone there is a 1.2% of bank service fee.

*  If you wish to book a phone appointment,  consult fees must be paid before your appointment. 

*  All consultation fees must be paid on the same day.

*  If your new child doesn’t have a Medicare Card yet you must pay the consultation fee first. After that you can claim the Government rebate.

*  If you don’t have Medicare card you must pay the full fee. 

*  Our fee schedule may be updated without further notice and it is the patients’ responsibility to understand the fee changes before the appointment.



CANCELLATION POLICY

How to Cancel Your Doctor’s Appointment? Call 2111-9111. It's best to notify us immediately at least 24 hours.


The cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. You will not be able to make any future bookings until the fee is paid.
