Translator Services

If you have difficulty with English, a telephone interpreter service can be arranged to help during your appointment.

 

You can also contact the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) directly on 131 450.
We’re here to help make your visit as comfortable and clear as possible.
 
 

Late Arrivals, No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and may affect your ability to attend an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 4 business hours’ notice so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.

If you are running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and may need to reschedule their appointment. This helps us minimise delays and provide timely care to all patients.

A $50 fee will apply to appointments that are cancelled with less than 4 business hours’ notice, missed without notice (no-shows), or where a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late and is unable to be seen. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide quality care to all patients.
