Translator Services

If you have difficulty with English, a telephone interpreter service can be arranged to help during your appointment.

We’re here to help make your visit as comfortable and clear as possible.
 
 

No-Show or Late Cancellation Policy

 
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
 
However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 4 business hours’ notice, so we can offer the appointment to another patient in need.
 
A $50 fee will apply if your booking is not cancelled at least 4 business hours before your appointment time.
