Dear Patients,
Thank you for participating in the questionnaire we recently conducted in order to collect feedback from our patients.
We have now completed our analysis of the feedback and would like to share some of the significant findings with you.
Overall, we found that: Most of our patients are happy with the level of healthcare they receive at our practice and the service they receive from our administration staff
We are very pleased to report that most patients rated the following aspects of our practice as ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’
The reception staff considered your need when making an appointment
The clinician treated you with respect.
The comfort of the waiting room.
The reception staff at my last visit were professional when dealing with me.
The clinician at my last visit allowed me to have final choice about my tests and treatment
The feedback also indicated areas that we can improve, including:
- Opening hour
- Temperature of the waiting room
- Availability of booking times
The following change has been made at the practice:
- We have installed a Thermometer to monitor the ambient temperature of the clinic, when it is above 24 degrees, we will turn the air conditioning on. We have also installed some cooling fans in the waiting area to improve the comfort of the waiting room.
- Things that we endeavour to change:
- Opening hours: As both our clinicians finish at 1630pm on weekdays, we have adjusted our opening hours on Saturday to allow patients who are unable to attend during the week to attend on Saturday. Our opening hours on Saturday is 1000am to 1500pm. We are actively recruiting new doctors who are willing to work outside of our current opening hours.
- Booking availability: To improve our booking availability, as above, we are actively recruiting new clinicians to join our clinic.
